Atul Chhaparwal joined Diageo in 2001 and has more than 20 years of experience in markets across Asia Pacific, spanning India and various countries in Indian sub-continent, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan markets. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director for Diageo Greater China, Atul worked in various senior roles across the company at local and regional levels, including Managing Director for Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau markets; Finance Director for Greater China, and Finance Director for Southeast Asia markets.

Atul holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing and is also a Chartered Accountant. He was awarded the honour of the Keepers of the Quaich in 2023.
