Josie Zhang holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Westminster in the UK. Josie has led Burberry China since 2016 when she joined the company.

Prior to Burberry, she served in Christian Dior couture (LVMH) and Zara (Inditex Group) as the Regional Director.

Josie has over 20-year’s experience in the retail industry both in China and the UK.
