Rachel Daydou

Rachel worked and lived in China for 13 years, first developing foreign brands on the market for ABInBev and Beaumanoir. In parallel, she co-founded the VC-funded gamification platform Lihaoma whilst leading master’s degree program and teaching innovation and entrepreneurship at Shanghai Jiaotong university. Since 2018 at Fabernovel, she supports big groups in digital and sustainable transformation, and lead the China activities between 2020 and 2023. Following the acquisition of Fabernovel by EY, she became Partner at EY France and moved to France to setup the China Desk Europe.
Rachel is 8 times France champion of Kung Fu and recipient of the Forbes 30 Under 30. Engaged among many non-for-profit including Startup Grind, IPWS, French Founder, she was nominated the French Foreign Trade Advisors. She likes reading science fiction, drinks negronis, practices yoga and drives motorbikes.
